As someone who has been on an extensive healing journey and hit that brick wall many times, finding myself unable to move forward with my life, I know first-hand how it feels to feel stuck, lost and overwhelmed.

What does working with me look like?
Step 01
Your Free Introductory Call
This is complementary call for you to ask any questions, learn about how hypnotherapy can work and for us both to get to know each other, to make sure we are the right fit. We can skip this step if you are ready to dive in!

Step 02
Your online consultation is an opportunity for us to delve deeper into the issue that is presenting in your life. I will guide you in discussion to understand where you are now, how the issue is presenting day to day and most importantly... where you want to be following on from working together.
(30-45 minutes)
Step 03
Your Hypnotherapy Session
I will guide you through what to expect in hypnosis. Once in hypnosis, we will revisit the past and look to understand the scenes that have formed your beliefs that are holding your back or keeping you stuck. Once you can understand where these beliefs come from, you can confront and challenge them, transforming them so that you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

Step 04
Your Personalised Transformational Recording
Following your hypnotherapy session, I will send you a tailored, personalised recording. This will exercise your mind enabling you to gain the full benefit from the hypnotherapy session. This is where the lasting change takes place and new neural pathways fired and wired together for lasting change to take hold.
(15 minutes every day for a minimum of 21 days)
Step 05
Your Progress Call
Following your 30- or 90-day plan, we will schedule an online progress call. This is a chance to acknowledge just how far you have come, to celebrate your successes and discuss how you plan to move forward. We can arrange further session from here to delve deeper if required.

Who This is Not for?
Hypnotherapy is not for you if:

Your looking for a quick fix with no input: Hypnotherapy requires your participation and time. Like all worthwhile pursuits, achieving meaningful results requires consistency and dedication.
​
You are not truly ready for change: If you're considering hypnotherapy because someone else thinks you should, but you lack personal motivation, it might not be the right time for you. Your commitment and genuine interest in making a change are essential for success.
​
You can't commit the time: Besides attending your consultation and hypnotherapy session, you'll need to listen to a recording for 15 minutes daily for at least 21 days. I may also provide additional suggestions to expedite your progress, all requiring consistent action. This commitment amounts to less than 2% of your daily time. If you find this too demanding, my programmes may not be suitable for you.​
​You are not ready to invest or you think its too much money: If you're hesitant to invest, but are genuinely interested, please reach out to me—I offer a number of substituted session, please message me to find out more.

FAQ
Does hypnotherapy work?
In short, yes.
Our brains operate on two levels – the conscious mind and the subconscious mind. We make decisions, think, and act with our conscious (logical). The subconscious mind, on the other hand, controls our habits, influences our behaviours and actions and ultimately creates our reality. This is why when we want to change something, it can feel tough.
Often, this is because the conscious and subconscious minds don’t see eye to eye – it can feel like an internal argument.
In hypnosis or trance, we can bypass the conscious mind and communicate directly with the subconscious. This helps align the subconscious with the conscious, ending the internal tug-of-war. When the two parts of your mind agree, you stop feeling conflicted. Changing lifelong habits becomes easy and natural. That’s why hypnotherapy is so effective for making quick and lasting changes.

What is the difference between RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) to traditional hypnotherapy?
RTT uses regression to uncover the source of symptoms and employs inner child healing for a profound transformation. Unlike traditional solution-based hypnotherapy that skips regression, RTT’s focus on understanding the issues at the root. This provides powerful and lasting transformation and helps to provide a real “ah-ha” moment.
How will I feel under hypnosis?
Everyone’s experience of hypnosis differs. Some describe it as a floating feeling, others feel sleepy, but most people will feel deeply relaxed and comfortable. It’s comparable to being in a meditative state or that feeling just before you drift off to sleep. It is important to note that at no point during the session will you be asleep. Hypnosis is a ‘sleep’ of the nervous system. It actually heightens your sense of awareness, making you feel alert and aware, but importantly, at ease.
Can I get stuck in hypnosis?
No, this is a myth. You can talk and move your body and you will have complete control throughout the session. If you could get stuck or be suggestable to anything a hypnotherapist says. I cannot make you accept unwanted suggestions, and you cannot get stuck.
What if I think I already know the reason behind my issue?
What makes hypnosis so powerful, is that even if you think you know the root cause consciously, hypnotherapy enables you to see it from a different perspective and open your mind to new possibilities. Many clients may find themselves in scenes that were previously ‘locked away’ and forgotten about or at sense that they weren’t aware had affected them so much. Your mind is clever, and it knows the answer… so don’t overthink it and allow your mind to guide the way.
What if I go back to a scene that is sad or scary?
If you go back to a scene that is painful or scary, it’s important to remember that you are not reliving that scene, you are reviewing it and I will be there with you to guide you every step of the way. Many of us lock these scenes, feelings, and thoughts away in the hope that we will never have address them, see them, or think about them again. But unfortunately, by doing this we are unintentionally creating more pain and discomfort in our life, because it is always there, humming away in the background. By letting it into this safe space, reviewing it, and reframing it, you can put it to rest so that you can rediscover the richness of your life.
How many sessions will I need?
RTT hypnotherapy is designed to give you a powerful breakthrough and create big changes immediately. But it all depends on how many issues you want to resolve and how severe or deep rooted they are. Many people will see dramatic changes with only 1 session and others may need further support and require 3-5 sessions. This is something that we can talk though and tailor to your needs during the introductory call.
How long after the session will I begin to see change?
There are three types of changes you may experience and everyones experience is unique:

Immediate: you will feel a massive shift right away like changes in your thoughts, behaviours, habits and actions or in how you feel in your body. Many people describe an immediate feeling of lightness, like a weight has been lifted off of their shoulders.

Incremental: you will see consistent, incremental change every day following on from the session. Once you have had time to digest what was brought up, you will start to feel clearer and the transformation in your thinking will begin to take place in your reality.

Retroactive: you might not notice this straight away, but over time you will suddenly feel and see how different your life is and realise just how big a shift and transformation you really had. Other people will likely see and feel the change in you too and begin pointing it out to you.
The amazing thing is that weeks, months, years following on from the session the changes will continue to manifest and show up in your life, like a ripple effect.
